What is AURA?
We all are born with an aura of our own and this is reflected in our personality traits, type, nature and the skills that we have. It is nothing but an energy effect, an electromagnetic energy field within and around us. It is found in every living being, including trees and animals. This defines how we are perceived by others.
Our aura plays an important role in shaping our behaviour, likes and dislikes. It's an inner power which shapes our view and the way we look at things and life.
There are numerous Chakras throughout the human body. The word 'Chakra' means 'Wheel'. The Chakras are responsible for energy flowing from one part of the body to another and as with all things in our life, they are linked to sound, light and colour. Negative thought patterns, a polluted environment, trauma, poor eating habits, addictive substances or even stress and poor breathing techniques can cause inbalances in Chakras.
People in ancient times gave a lot of importance to the role played by the Chakras and found them to be energy reactors to invoke their latent power and for their spiritual development.
There are seven chakras 'wheels' in your body and these perform and release different kinds of energy. Our aura is considered to be the truest expression of our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
A healthy aura is believed to be bright and luminous, radiating positive energy and vitality. Weak and damaged auras are considered to be small and tend to have broken and dark spots. Indulging in negative behaviour and being stressed out leads to a weak aura which is further susceptible to negativity.
By leading a peaceful life and meditating in quiet surroundings once can enhance the aura. Similarly, the chanting of prayers and specific mantras have a profound effect on the aura, giving every individual access to spiritual wisdom and growth.
Aura Power
The mixture of seven chakras makes the Aura, and one can sustain his Aura Power through meditation, relaxation and yoga. The chakras senses can be ignited by reciting Mantras.
The quality of the aura depends on the quality of our life and the kind of choices that we make on a day-to-day basis. Bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol makes the aura weak.
