One of the most popular and highest paid actresses of Bollywood, Anushka Sharma, broke quite a few hearts when she recently got married to one of the most eligible bachelors of the cricket fraternity; Virat Kohli. They had been dating for about four years and finally, this stylish couple, got married on 11th December 2017.
Listed as one of the “Bollywood’s hottest vegetarian celebrities” by The Times of India, Anushka has to her credit, unconventional roles in the largely conservative and male-dominated film industry. Also, the fact that she is not a protégé of the film fraternity and has carved a strong foothold for herself in an industry ruled by a few important families, the girl commands respect.

Coming from a military background, Anushka is a proud army man’s daughter. She owes her confidence, tenaciousness and her sense of adventure to the defense forces. “Getting posted in the remote areas of India, the children too learn at a very young age, how to adapt and adjust themselves to the varying environment and emerge as victorious survivors” says Anushka.
