Dos And Don’ts of The Sawan Month

During the Sawan month 2024, you need to follow certain rules.

  • You should strictly avoid consuming non-vegetarian food. You also should not consume any Tamasic food, such as garlic, radishes, onions, etc., on the day you do any rituals or keep a fast. You should also avoid consuming alcohol.
