  3. Plank Pose : This pose helps in strengthening the arms and shoulders of your body. In case, you have any wrist problems or lower back issues, then you must not go for this pose.

  4. Tree Pose : The tree pose is mainly practiced to improve the balancing of your body. It works upon the thigh areas and spine to ensure that your balance posture is maintained. You must avoid it if you have medical conditions like low BP, etc.

  5. Downward-Facing Dog : This is a unique pose that is usually practiced to relieve the pain in the back. It has a lasting impact on the shoulders, back and arms as well. You can avoid this pose if you have high BP, etc.

  6. Mountain Pose : This pose is not as simple as it looks at the first glance. It needs proper concentration of mind and erectness of body to get this pose right. Avoid this pose if you have any prior injuries in your knees or feet.

  7. Corpse Pose: This is usually the pose that ends a particular yoga session as it symbolizes the end of life. It is basically practiced to relax and calm the mind but not many people have the patience to remain still and often do not get this pose right. Therefore, continuous practice is the only key to win over this yoga asana and the best part is, it can be practiced by anyone irrespective of their medical conditions.
