The actor, director and producer, son to well-known stunt choreographer of Bollywood, married to one of the most vivacious, bubbly, live-wire actress, is none other than our dashing Ajay Devgan, originally named Vishal Devgan !

Although no success is without hard work, Ajay Devgan had that slight edge over otherstruggling actors of his time, as he was a protégé in an industry that does give the first break to its own fraternity. Of course, after that, its up to the actor to prove his mettle.

From making his first screen appearance as a child artist in ‘Pyari Behna’, Ajay started his career with a bang, giving his first hit as a lead actor in the action movie, ’Phool Aur Kaante’(1991) and won the ‘Filmfare award for Best Male Debut’.

It may have been the correct timing for an action movie, because before ’Phool Aur Kaante’ , the industry was churning out the ‘run-of-the-mill’ type of romantic movies. When the rugged hero arrived on the silver screen, riding on two motorcycles, the audience simply lapped him up.
