Son of Sonia and Rajiv Gandhi and President of the Indian National Congress, Rahul Gandhi is one of the most popular Politicians in the country. Successor of the Gandhi family, Rahul Gandhi inherited politics from a long line of politicians known as the Nehru-Gandhi family, who were among the founders on Indian National Congress, the oldest and the longest run government in the country since the time of independence. Rahul is all set to participate in the upcoming 2019 General Elections as the Prime Ministerial candidate from the INC, although he has never publicly announced so.
Apart from this, the recently built Mahagathbandhan has also not accepted him to be a candidate for the Prime Ministerial position as they are still not clear to who shall be their face for the 2019 general elections. But the Congress party is keen to officially announce Rahul as their candidate based on the results of the 2018 assembly elections where Rahul emerged as the public favourite beating Narendra Modi.
The defeat that BJP faced in the states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh also solidified Rahul’s candidature in the upcoming general elections. Rahul has come a long way since the 2014 general elections where he contested from his constituency, Amethi and defeated BJP’s Smiti Irani by a huge margin of 107,000 votes but his party suffered one of the worst defeats in the history of politics when they barely made it through by taking over just 44 seats and losing by a huge difference to BJP.
This time around Rahul has been very mindful and aggressively communicative about his views on the issues of demonetisation, GST and Rafael deal. He also coined the term ‘Chowkidar chor hai’ as a dig against the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will yet again be the Prime Ministerial candidate for the 2019 general elections from BJP. After the announcement of the upcoming elections, Rahul and the Congress party began their preparations and have been vocal about their objectives for this election season.
In this article, we will take a dive at the astrological aspect of Rahul Gandhi and how this election would turn up to be for him. Questions like him becoming the Prime Minister, his chances and what may happen overall in these elections will get an answer here.
According to the birth chart of Congress President, Rahul Gandhi, his ascendant is Libra and his moon sign is Sagittarius. The ruling planet of Sagittarius is Jupiter. These circumstances indicate unfavourable times of Rahul.
These conditions force a person to be unproductive at work causing them to fail but enlighten them to learn from these mistakes and this was seen in Rahul’s personality after the 2014 elections. Our astrological analysis suggests that Mahabhagya Yog in a person’s birth chart allows eminent flow of money for the person throughout their lives and they never face financial issues.
Such people remain prosperous all their lives and live a life like a king and get the opportunity to be a leader of their community. All of this can easily be observed in the lifestyle of Rahul Gandhi, from his rich family background and him being the leader of Congress at present. Since 2014, there has been a span of difficult times for Rahul, known as Saturn’s seven and a half year span or Shani Sade- Sati in astrological terms, due to which he had to face failures and issues in his political career.
Because Saturn is debilitative or of lower prospect in his birth chart which is making a Nich Bhang Rajyog, Rahul might get some success this time around. But along with that, there is Rahu’s Mahadasha which creates a negative impact on a person’s professional life. Due to Rahu’s Mahadasha and Antardasha, Rahul might suffer indifferences from and among the members of his party. These differences might act as barriers in the road to success for Rahul and the Congress part in the upcoming 2019 General Elections. Such issues will not give favourable results for the party and worst case scenario; they might not be victorious in the 2019 general elections.
